Add on Dog Walking Services in Philadelphia

Key Pick-up/Drop-off Service= $10 (any time other than a registration meeting)
Medication Administration= $5 per admin, per pet
Accident Cleanup= $5 (accidents requiring more than a quick wipe up/time overage fee applies)
Shopping Service= $10 per 10 min (plus reimbursement of costs incurred)
Plant Watering Service= $5 for 5 or less plants ($1 per plant for 5+ plants)
Pet Station Clean Up= $5 per station (wipe up food area or sweep/vacuum litter area)
Trash Day Service= $5 per receptacle (receptacle put out for pickup/trash must already be in receptacle)
Stay and Wait = $30.99 per additional hour Want someone to sit and "babysit" your dog for a few hours at a time? This is great service for pet owners that need have pets that just can't be alone at home or while their staying in a hotel
OR For current clients that have a cool pair of pants or new vacuum someone needs to sign for? No big deal…we can wait for it! Schedule your time and we’ll do the waiting. Any time over 1 hour will be billed in 2-4 hour blocks.

Additional Fees & Surcharges

Additional Pet Fee = $5 per pet (3+ pets for visits; 2+ pets for overnights)
Registration Meeting Fee = $15 (pre-first service charge for new and returning clients)
Same-Day Booking Fee = $10
Administrative Fee = 5% of service total (applied to all invoices)
Evening Visit Surcharge = $1.99 per visit (for visits in the evening visit time frame of 6-8pm)
Time Overage = $5 per 5 minutes (not applicable for sitter or admin errors)
Major Holiday Surcharge = $15 per visit (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve)

What's an assigned sitter, and what do you mean by "get my own dog walker?"

It means just that! All of our clients receieve an "assigned sitter." They're the only person that will ever be in your home and walking your dog. It's the very person that you will meet at your regstration meeting, and also your dog's future bestie.

We do this, so that you the client can creat a relationship with your sitter, and also so your sitter creates a great relationship with your dog so should there ever be something amiss with your dog, or even home, your sitter can tell right away and report to you, and me if need be.

Walkies NEVER sends anyone to walk your dog that you have not met, and do not know is coming.
Can we meet our assigned sitter before our first service?

Yes! In fact, we insist! We require a registration meeting prior to the start of your first service, of course so you can meet us, but so we can ask you all the questions, so we are downloaded on routine, feeting, quirks and fav "spots" outside.
Are you Insured?

Yes we are! We are fully insured and laced up with a hefty liability policy for the safety of your pet and home, our employees and business.
Are there background checks on your walkers and sitters?

Yes! We have a 6 point vetting & training process for ALL of our employees:

1. Reference Check
2. Background Check
3. Pet First Aid Certification
4. Sitter Protocol Test
5. Orienation
6. Employee Shadow (new sitter joins vetran sitter on multiple walk/visits)
Are you really open 365 days a year?

Yes!!! We operate and provide walks, visits and overnights 365 days a year, rain or shine.

That being said, our Office Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am through 5:30pm. During those hours we are answering phone calls, scheduling request submissions, talking to clients, onboarding sitters, fielding requests, inquiries and questions!

The office is close ALL major and federal holidays.

We do check email intermittingly, and of course have an open line to our working sitters 24 hrs a day. However, no service requests submitted, or left on voicemail should be considered confirmed without a confirmation invoice.
