Is your dog calling you too much at work to come home and go for a walk??? Walkies Philadelphia proudly offers all types of dog walking services to accommodate all kinds of schedules.

Our “Monthly” clients are billed on a monthly basis for 3+ recurring, weekday walks per week, receive a reserved time slot within the mid-day time frame for their recurring walk days.

Our “Just Walks” clients request & are billed for service on an as-needed basis, and receive a “primary sitter” (our go-to sitter for all service requests a.k.a. your dog's bestie) and at least one “back-up” sitter as well. Services are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

Dog Walking Visit Time Frames

Early Morning Visits: 6-8am
Morning Visits: 8am – 11am
Mid-day Visits: 11am – 3pm
Afternoon Visits: 3pm – 6pm
Evening Visits: 6pm – 8pm

How does it work?

For the safety of the pets in our care, we do not offer pack walks, dog park trips, or off-leash play time outside of our client’s homes or secured, private outdoor spaces. Visit time includes time spent in your home or building, both pre-visit and post-visit.

Last Minute Service Fee

Last Minute Dog Walk Booking = $25 added to invoice

Sometimes emergencies happen, or we forget to book! – Our goal is to help you when you need it most, even at the last minute. We will do our best, jump through hoops and really try to accommodate your last minute needs, if we can, we will!

***An additional fee of $25 will be added to your visit request made in under 24hrs after business hours & Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays***

What's an assigned sitter, and what do you mean by "get my own dog walker?"

It means just that! All of our clients receieve an "assigned sitter." They're the only person that will ever be in your home and walking your dog. It's the very person that you will meet at your regstration meeting, and also your dog's future bestie.

We do this, so that you the client can creat a relationship with your sitter, and also so your sitter creates a great relationship with your dog so should there ever be something amiss with your dog, or even home, your sitter can tell right away and report to you, and me if need be.

Walkies NEVER sends anyone to walk your dog that you have not met, and do not know is coming.
Can we meet our assigned sitter before our first service?

Yes! In fact, we insist! We require a registration meeting prior to the start of your first service, of course so you can meet us, but so we can ask you all the questions, so we are downloaded on routine, feeting, quirks and fav "spots" outside.
Are you Insured?

Yes we are! We are fully insured and laced up with a hefty liability policy for the safety of your pet and home, our employees and business.
Are there background checks on your walkers and sitters?

Yes! We have a 6 point vetting & training process for ALL of our employees:

1. Reference Check
2. Background Check
3. Pet First Aid Certification
4. Sitter Protocol Test
5. Orienation
6. Employee Shadow (new sitter joins vetran sitter on multiple walk/visits)
Are you really open 365 days a year?

Yes!!! We operate and provide walks, visits and overnights 365 days a year, rain or shine.

That being said, our Office Hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am through 5:30pm. During those hours we are answering phone calls, scheduling request submissions, talking to clients, onboarding sitters, fielding requests, inquiries and questions!

The office is close ALL major and federal holidays.

We do check email intermittingly, and of course have an open line to our working sitters 24 hrs a day. However, no service requests submitted, or left on voicemail should be considered confirmed without a confirmation invoice.
